Proceedings
The text of invited papers
(maximum length 15 pages) will be printed in the
book of Conference Proceedings, which participants will receive as part
of their registration fee. The book will be published by the American Institute
of Physics (AIP). In order to make the Conference Proceedings available
as soon as possible after the conference, authors of invited papers will
be asked to have the camera ready text of their papers ready by the time
of the conference. Detailed instructions for the preparation of LaTeX files
